Background
Andi was raised in town. Her family was no longer able to keep her so she joined us out here on the farm. It is obvious that she was made for farm life! We just lover her. She has become my husbands dog and is faithfully by his side. I think it really says a lot about a dog to be able to bond so readily at almost two years of age.
Temperament
Andi is the quiet, watchful one. She is always on the go, investigating things and making sure that all is in order. She is constantly working and won’t rest until you put her away in the dog run or bring her in the house. I wouldn’t call her hyper, she’s just busy and has a strong sense of duty. She rarely barks. She’s very sweet and affectionate. She is very interested in working. I’m excited to start her training as she has a very keen working style and I think she will be a really nice herding dog.
Appearance
Andi has very classic collie markings. Her coat does get a little sable color to it in the winter and then sheds out to almost all black in the summer.
Crystal is a horseman first and then a photographer. She has a unique approach to photography, and artistic vision cultivated through a lifetime of real horsemanship experiences.
